Welcome to UKHCA Online Application

 

  1. The UKHCA's online application process is for those organisations that would like to apply for UKHCA full membership and have already registered either with:

    • England - Care Quality Commission (CQC)
    • Wales - The Care and Social Service Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW)
    • Scotland - The Care Inspectorate (SCSWIS)
    • Northern Ireland - The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA)

    Organisations are advised to seek membership for all their branches that provide homecare.

    (Should at any time your statutory regulator in the country where your branch operates withdraw registration, membership of UKHCA is automatically cancelled.)

    Completion of the online process is not an automatic confirmation of being accepted as a member of the Association. See our terms and conditions of membership.

     

  2. For those providers that would like to apply for full membership but have not yet completed the registration process with the appropriate administrations regulator please contact:

  3. For providers that do not have to register their organisation with their administrations regulator; please download our application form and return to UKHCA head-offices.

    • A copy of your complaints procedure
    • A copy of your "Statement of Purpose" or the "Aims and Objectives" of your organisation
    • A copy of your Terms of Business
    • A blank copy of your application form for a prospective care worker
    • A blank copy of service user assessment document

    Please complete this application form in full, failure to do so may result in delaying the application process

    Admission to membership is subject to accurate completion of this application form and any supplementary vetting procedures that UKHCA may require. See our terms and conditions of membership.
