How to grow your homecare business

Deciding on the best way to grow your business, will be different for every organisation. Whether you choose to work with local authorities, private clients or a mixture of both understanding, the best way to approach this is key to business survival and growth.

Tendering for local authority contracts is still a popular work stream for many providers, continuing to play a part in business development and growth. This workshop will provide advice and guidance on the tendering process, and help you to identify whether the tender advertised is right for your business needs. The workshop will also show you how to evaluate risk and determine mitigation strategies, enabling you to understand how to price your bid.

Many homecare providers, whilst excellent at providing care, have little or no experience of marketing their organisation to self-funding, private clients. Standing out from the crowd and showing your credibility is the key to success in the private sector.

The workshop will also look at how homecare providers to understand how to develop a consumer focused approach to their business and the processes required achieving this. The workshop will be informative, strategic, but also interactive and thought provoking. The actions and understandings you take away will be entirely practical and usable within your organisation
