Care Co-ordinator Responsibilities -Fully Booked

The role of the Care Co-ordinator is essential to the smooth running of the homecare agency. This course aims to help Care Co-ordinators:

- Understand their responsibilities to the organisation and external stakeholders.
- Identify ways to develop the role and any further training requirements required.
- Improve their time management by learning techniques to organise their time effectively.
- Learn how to deal with difficult calls, including complaints.

The workshop will also allow attendees to meet with others in the same role and share specific issues they have encountered and discuss best practice.

The workshop will be informative, interactive and thought provoking.
