CQC - Proving Compliance

The Care Quality Commission has a remit to ensure compliance with the regulations set out in the Fundamental Standards (2015). However, in practice this can prove quite a challenging task, with many organisations asking ”Where do we start?”.

In this workshop care providers will:

- Learn how the inspection process works and how ratings are awarded.

- Understand the different types of evidence that might be considered for each KLOE.

- Find out about the proposed changes to the way CQC will inspect health and adult social care services.

This popular training day gives a clear insight into the Fundamental Standards (2015) and key lines of enquiry (KLOE), and how to evidence that these are being met effectively. This will enable you to demonstrate to CQC that your service is as high quality as you believe it is.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and network with others in the same role and share best practice.

Lunch and refreshments are included.
